Design Revision & Scope Policy
Each project includes one (1) structured revision round based on the approved design brief and agreed concept direction.
A revision round consists of one consolidated list of minor adjustments submitted at one time. Included revisions apply to text edits, color refinements, image replacements (client-provided), and minor layout adjustments within the original design framework.
The following are considered new work and are not included in the revision allowance:
• Change of design concept or visual direction
• Addition of new content not included in the original brief
• Major layout restructuring
• Brand/style changes after concept approval
• Facial or body feature modifications
• Extensive retouching beyond standard enhancement
Additional revision rounds are billed at $25–$30 per round.
Extensive edits are billed at $75 per hour.
Revision Timeframe
Revision requests must be submitted within 36–48 business hours of design delivery. If feedback is not received within this timeframe, the project will be considered approved and closed.
Revisions will be completed within 2 business days of receiving consolidated feedback.
Projects inactive for more than 7 business days may require a restart fee.
Rush Fee Policy
Projects requested with expedited turnaround outside of standard production timelines will incur a Rush Fee of 25%–50% of the project total, depending on urgency and workload.
Rush projects require immediate payment before work begins and are subject to availability.
